Welcome to Gy-RO Support

We utilise this support ticket system to manage the Gy-RO support requests from Network Rail, Examination Contractor and External Consultants. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Tickets can be submitted via:

  • Sending an email to civ065support@jbamap.co.uk - no login required
  • Telephoning 01756 693945

Please note that direct entry to support ticket system will need a separate log in to the Gy-RO web portal. Users can choose to use the same password and a token system is used in the support ticket system to keep users logged in.
